A percentage of the logos that appear on Japanese made binoculars have been trade marked in some country for some period of time, for the exact artwork design (not for names or initials that might be integrated, and only for a specific country and only for as long as renewed). The majority presented below are from Japanese 1950’s/1960’s patented logo list material from the website of late Peter Abrahams, though I have retyped captions in green on black for improved readability. (Most companies would have also had names in Japanese) Also below are other logo design trademarks for binoculars (most western binoculars trademarks were typed word trademarks rather than artwork trademarks). |
